Nala — A First Groom to Remember
Nervous first-timer
Nala's owners were anxious about her first ever groom — she was timid and unsettled on arrival. Mandy took the time to get to know her before picking up a single tool. When her owners returned, Nala not only looked amazing, she was full of beans. A first groom done exactly right.
Prince — Nails, Nerves and a Nervous Owner Too

Prince came in for a simple nail clip but was wound up tight — and so was his owner Rick. Mandy worked her magic on both of them, keeping Prince calm throughout and sending them both home relaxed. Sometimes the humans need just as much reassurance as the dogs!
A 15-Year-Old's Very First Parlour Visit
Senior dog
After a trip to the beach left her smelling less than fresh, this 15-year-old dog needed a bath — but had never set paw in a grooming parlour before. Mandy welcomed her the very next morning and handled the whole experience with the patience and care a senior dog deserves.
